RECIPES

Ache Away Foot Soak

3 drops fennel 2 drops cinnamon

5 drops petitgrain 1 drop ylang ylang

4 drops tea tree 1 tsp FCO

Fill a shallow wash bin with warm water and mix the oils. Soak your feet for several minutes and rinse with water afterwards. 

Sweet Calming Body Butter

10 drops fennel 1/4c FCO

10 drops lemon 1/4c Argan Oil

10 drops lavender ½ c Shea butter

Mix fco, argan oil and shea butter over medium heat until combined. Add oils. Whip hot mixture in mixer until stiff peaks form. Store in an airtight glass container away from heat.

Kids Belly Roll-on Relief

Add 10 drops of DigestZen to a roller bottle and top with FCO. Gently roll clockwise onto child’s upset stomach and top with a dab of Peppermint. 

Motion Sickness Buster

Apply a drop of DigestZen and a drop of Lavender on the back of neck or bottoms of feet to reduce dizziness associated with motion.
