My transition from drugstore products to natural options began over 6 years ago. I was invited to a get-together with a group of ladies from church to learn more about essential oils. Looking back, it was probably 3+ months after the gathering that I realized doTERRA was about way more than just essential oils. The product offering includes oils, supplements, household products, personal care products and more! Every year, new products and product lines are released. As a result, my go-to products change pretty frequently. The following products are my top 5 at the moment. Tomorrow that list may change.
ADAPTIV
Adaptiv Touch is a terrific solution to life’s stressful moments. I’ve said it before and I will say it again. This is my favorite daily use oil. I use it like a perfume on my pulse points throughout the day. It keeps me centered and smelling good.

As one of doTERRA’s most popular products, doTERRA Lifelong Vitality Pack is full of essential nutrients, metabolic benefits, and powerful antioxidants designed to help promote energy, health, and lifelong vitality.
AlphaCRS is the powerhouse. It has 6 anti-inflammatory properties. This is where we see less pain and less brain fog. Thank you Alpha CRS for enabling me to think clearly and go for walks with my kiddos!
Microplex VMZ is our Food and Nutrient supplement. It has the equivalent of 12 servings of fruits and vegetables in a daily dose. No matter how hard we try to eat properly, it’s hard to get that much nutrition entirely without supplement. This is our energy booster! Thanks to Microplex VMZ, I have the energy to keep up with my young children. Huge win!
The Xeo Mega is our omega fatty acid supplement. Here we are helping support skin, hair and nails along with cardiovascular and brain function. This helps you get that proper amount of healthy pure fats our bodies need. I didn’t mention this earlier but yes, my skin is clearer, my nails grow like crazy and my hair is healthier than it has been in decades!! (you can ask my hairdresser!)

I transitioned from drug store deodorant by making my own. It’s not hard or anything but I just don’t have the time. I was thankful when doTERRA introduced the deodorant line so I could use my points to get it for free. (ask me how!)
DEEP BLUE STICK WITH COPAIBA
